- Our company complies with all measures and obligations related to their implementation provisions of Part II of Law 4808/2021 for the prevention and treatment of any form of violence and harassment, including violence and harassment due to gender and sexual harassment.

- This policy is adopted in accordance with articles 9 and 10 of Law 4808/2021 and the pursuant to these regulatory legislation and occupies the persons of par. 1 thereof Article 3 of Law 4808/2021. A. Preventing and combating violence and harassment at work a) The company assesses the risks of violence and harassment in work, taking into account any inherent hazard arising from its nature activity, job position, factors such as gender and age or others discriminatory characteristics, as well as specific risks employee groups (eg new hires, night workers). b) The company takes measures to prevent, control, limit and dealing with these risks, as well as for monitoring such incidentsor forms of behavior, demonstrating zero tolerance for violence and harassment, operating with confidentiality and respecting human dignity. Indicative n company encourages maintaining a working climate where respect for human dignity, cooperation and mutual assistance are core values. Takes actions for raising employee awareness of healthy behavior patterns and issues that concern vulnerable categories of workers. It also takes technical measures character in its facilities for the prevention of risks, such as e.g. adequate lighting of spaces. The company also provides for a report/complaint management process and regularly assesses the effectiveness of its actions. c) The company carries out actions to inform and raise his awareness staff about the potential risks of violence and harassment in the workplace and the relevant prevention and protection measures for such incidents. In context staff awareness, targeted meetings are organized for the discussion related issues and the timely treatment of potential risks. It is also encouraged participation of management executives and employee representatives in training seminars on the recognition and management of risks of violence and harassment in work. d) The company provides information on the rights and obligations of employees and the employer, as well as the persons exercising the managerial right or represent the employer, to the extent and to the extent of their own liability, if any occurrence or report or complaint of such incidents, as well as for the relevant procedure for receiving and examining complaints. In particular any affected person from incident of violence or harassment during access to employment, during employment relationship or even if the contract or employment relationship under which it is brought that the incident has occurred or the behavior has ended, is as follows possibilities: 4.1) recourse to judicial protection, 4.2) submitting a complaint to Labor Inspection within the framework of its legal powers, 4.3) report filing to the Ombudsman in the context of his statutory powers as well and 4.4) complaint within the company, in accordance with the management policy of complaints. The role of the reference person is informative and lies in guiding and informing the employees, regardless of whether they address him on the occasion of an incident or complaint for an incident of violence and harassment or not. The reporting person is obliged to protects the personal data that may come to its knowledge while practicing his role. f) The company ensures employment protection and support working victims of domestic violence, if possible, by any appropriate means or reasonable accommodation such as flexible work arrangements upon request working victim of domestic violence. B. Procedure for receiving and reviewing complaints a) The company guarantees secure and easily accessible communication channels for receiving and examining complaints and informing complainants and facilitates the relevant procedures.
